Ames has developed and commercialized Silver coated Copper materials using highly-engineered, proprietary, robust coating processes. While not always a viable alternative for Silver-based products, in many cases Silver coated Copper materials can effectively substitute pure Silver powders or flakes, at a lower cost of ownership.

Some of the typical applications for Silver coated Copper materials are: conductive adhesives, electromagnetic shielding conductive paint, conductive rubber, conductive plastic, polymer slurry, conductive electrostatic paint.
